The Eagle Springs Community is located in Centerville, Georgia, one mile west of the intersection of North Houston Lake Boulevard and Gunn Road. The community is conveniently located – it is a short drive to shopping centers, schools, churches, grocery stores, and restaurants.
This website is maintained by the Eagle Springs Association (ESA). The Eagle Springs development was established in 1996, and the Eagle Springs Association was incorporated in February 1999 as a non-profit organization. In 2001, the facilities at Eagle Springs were turned over to the homeowners. Currently, the community at Eagle Springs has over 800 homes.
The vision of ESA is to create a community where all residents enjoy a safe and secure environment. The mission of ESA is to maintain and operate the common areas and facilities in the community. The Association champions the integration of family-centered facilities that promote harmony among the diverse cultural and economic background of our residents.
