January Office Hours

To better serve our residents, office hours for January are M-F 8am-6pm, closed for lunch from 12-1. You're welcome to utilize our Drop Box at any time for HOA payments, in the round-about driveway. Thank you!

Gate Phone Numbers

Great news! :) Our gate database now accepts non-478 phone numbers! (Ex: 770, 404, 678, out of state). Please contact our office if you need to update your phone for guest access.

Signs on Right of Way and Eagle Springs Property and Common Area

The Association has been notified by the City of Centerville Police Department that any sign placed by a resident, realtor or any person on the city right of way will be removed and disposed of.  Any signs placed on Eagle Springs property or common area without the approval of the Board of Directors will be removed and disposed of.  These signs include yard sales signs, homes for sale signs, estate sale signs, open house signs, meeting signs etc. 

5 Year Plan Financial Statement Forecast Models

A 5 Year Plan Financial Statement Forecast Model has been developed for forecasting the Income and Operating Expenses for calendar years 2018 through 2022 by individual account number that is currently used in the Association financial reporting system.  This business forecast model is located in the Minutes & Financial Info tab of this website.  Instructions are included in this forecast model.

A copy of the 5 Year Financial Statement Forecast Model (Excel) can be saved to your personal computer, smartphone, etc. for testing various financial scenarios of the Association for calendar years 2018 through 2022.

Eagle Springs July 2017 Newsletter

The Eagle Springs July 2017 newsletter is now available in the Minutes and Financial Info tab.  This newsletter is intended to keep the residents informed about the operation of Eagle Springs as to what has been accomplished and what is planned for the future in order to keep Eagle Springs a desirable community.  The July Newsletter also was hand delivered to all residents.

Security Cameras

New security cameras have been installed inside the Community Center, Clubhouse and Office for security and insurance reasons.  These cameras will capture both audio and video activities.  Security cameras have also been installed to monitor the parking lot area, Office entrance, Community Center entrances, Clubhous entrance, the area behind the Community Center and the playground area.  All phone calls to the Eagle Springs office will be recorded as is the normal practice in todays business environment.

By-Law Changes Approved

The residents of Eagle Springs have approved by changes to the by-laws effectifve September 30, 2016.  The revised by-laws are available in the "Minutes & Financial Info:" tab.

Approved changes to the Eagle Springs By-Laws makes it more efficient to have residents vote on changes to covenants regardless of when said covenants are set to expire.  The by-law change that makes this possible is the Negative Vote concept that is now part of the approved by-law changes.
