Any contract for rental of the Clubhouse or Community Center must be signed and paid for a minimum of ten (10) days prior to resident's event. No rentals will be allowed unless the ten (10) day minimum time frame is met.

We want to inform all the residents of Eagle Springs that any existing Facebook Page in the name Eagle Springs Homeowers Association or any other Facebook Page with similiar names are not official and is not authorized by the Board of Directors.
An official Eagle Springs Facebook Page is in the process of being established in conjuction with a new Eagle Springs website.

At the board meeting on February 20, 2018 the board approved a contractor for the refirbushment of the Clubhouse. Work has started on the interior of the Clubhouse on February 26th. The main Clubhouse room will be available for rental starting March 23, 2018. Until further notice all other Clubhouse rooms will be closed for renovation and will not be available for rental.
Landscaping was added on the side of the Clubhouse with the addition of two (2) benches, a shade tree along with the cleaning out of brush and weeds. Irrigation was added for the area.

The development of a new Eagle Springs website was discussed at the February 20th board meeting and was approved for Prestige Computer Solutions to start development of the new website that will provide for resident input and comments and interface to a authorized Facebook page.
Prestige Computer Solutions has begun the technicla aspect of the website development.
Board members, Office Manager and Prestige Computer Solutions met on March 9th to start to work on the design of the website, webiste content, website presentation, facebook interface, posting by residents, etc.
The concept discussed on March 9th was a official and authorized Facebook Page for Eagle Springs Association, Inc. that would provide a link to the new Eagle Springs website. The Facebook Page will not allow for postings, blogs, etc. The new Eagle Springs website will have a public area that can be accessed by any resident or non resident and will contain information about Eagle Springs. The new Eagle Springs website will have a private area that can only be accessed by Eagle Springs residents via a user name and password for resident postings, calendars, financial info, minutes, etc. Acces to the private area will be controlled by the Asssocation to ensure that only valid Eagle Springs residents have access to the private area.
Development of the new website takes into consideration transfer of all archive documents, such as financial information, board meeting minutes, covenants, sub division info, etc , from the current website to the new website.
The Eagle Springs Association, Inc Facebook and the new Eagle Springs website will be launched at the same time.
Total project development and implementation time is estimated to be 12 weeks.

The Association has been notified by the City of Centerville Police Department that any sign placed by a resident, realtor or any person on the city right of way will be removed and disposed of. Any signs placed on Eagle Springs property or common area without the approval of the Board of Directors will be removed and disposed of. These signs include yard sales signs, homes for sale signs, estate sale signs, open house signs, meeting signs etc.
